Originally from Liverpool, I took a leap of faith and moved to Dubai in 2017, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Along the way, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about talent; it’s about mindset, resilience, and having the right people in your corner.
I believe in keeping things real: no fluff, no corporate jargon, just honest conversations and practical advice. Whether it’s career growth, personal development, or navigating life’s big transitions, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and hopefully make the journey a little easier for you.

I got my first job aged 13 years old helping out in a local tanning salon. I always had a strong work ethic and this was my first step towards to financial freedom!
2008

Secured my dream job working within one of the UKs biggest banking groups originally part time before taking on a full-time position on completion of college.
Joined the UKs largest foreign exchange company as a Customer Service representative before working my way up into a Regional Manager position. The youngest employee to ever reach this position in the history of the company.
August 2017
Headhunted by a global financial services company looking for Business Development Managers to join one of 72 teams globally.
September 2017
Was hand selected by leadership for a vacancy on a new team launching in Dubai and made the move 4 days later. I packed my bags, said my goodbyes and headed to the Middle East.

THE DUBAI RECRUITER WAS BORN
January 2021
Achieved number one sales person globally but felt it was time for a change. The expertise I had built within property Sales was great but Covid had significantly not just myself but the world.
Started my journey into Recruitment. I still remember my very first interview to this day and actually still work closely with my very first hire!

Headhunted as Recruitment & Training Manager of a boutique, luxury brokerage where I grew the team significantly, redesigned the training model, implemented employee well-being initiatives and streamlined HR/Onboarding processes
